STRESS AWARENESS

April is National Stress Awareness Month, and CAN is working to bring attention to the negative impact of stress. Managing stress is an essential component of a healthy lifestyle. Learning to cope with our stress and finding healthy ways to deal with situations can go a long way toward living a healthy and positive life.

We all experience stress we may experience it in very different ways. Because of this, there is no single definition for stress, but the most common explanation is a physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension.

Here at CAN, we have put together courses focused on “Lifestyle and Behavior  Health, Wellness and also Self Care and Resilience” To help our consumers cope when in a Stressful environment or situation.

Remember Small Actions make Big Changes.
